SeaPines-Plant approximately 45 plants and 9 trees at entries and medians. Paint east and west entry walls, prune existing plants and remove dead plants at entries, Repair fence along SW 280 Street, repaint curbs at entries, clean up and install landscaping at community
information boards at east and west entries and scrape and prep fence for paint. Waterside- plant 4 trees and 74 plants at entrance. Clean up trash and dumping. Clean up common areas. Repaint street markers and remove graffiti.

The volunteers did an amazing job of clearing overgrown brush from around the Brother Keily House, transitional homeless housing development. Volunteers- filled two dumpsters and another three dumpsters full are waiting for pick up! They also did trash and litter pickup.

Clean Up, minor repairs, tree plantings, fence repair and paint. Entryway Landscaping, guardhouse- board up and paint. Waterside- painting of street markers, graffiti cleanup along right of ways (street signs; utility boxes), Litter and dumping clean up along SW 280 St.

All equipment needed for described projects. Five pick-up trucks. Ladders, all paint related materials, hammers, saws, etc. Expertise in landscaping, gardening, painting, and proper boarding up windows and doors. Expertise in painting over graffiti and repainting “monument” street signs.
