Mulch was spread on a trail that goes through the nature preserve.  Result was a large amount of upkeep was done to the trail and greatly assisted the organization in getting this task underway.

Cary Spring Daze Assistance

Members of the church partnered with the City of Cary to help with staffing at a local event - Cary Spring Daze.  Work included doing multiple task such as helping to direct people, assisting exhibitors, and conducting a survey for the event.

Woodland Terrace Garden and Birdhouse Project

Gardens were planted and bird houses constructed and hung on the grounds of Woodland Terrace.  The goal was to create a sensory stimulation garden with lavender, rosemary, basil, mint etc for the memory care residents and to plant tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers in the Assisted Living area.

Project includes the planting of several gardens which contain herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.  In addition,will be assembling, painting, and placing birdhouses on the property.

Garden tools such as trowels, shovels, and rakes.  Sandpaper and paint brushes for the birdhouses.

2 homes in the Garner, NC area that need minor work done on the house - Garner Ward
2 homes in Cary, NC that need help in cleaning, a garbage disposal installed, and shelves built - Cary 1st Ward
1 home in Holly Springs that needs roof work - Fuquay Varina Ward
1 home in Apex, NC that needs roof work -Swift Creek Ward
1 home in Raleigh, NC that needs a storm door replaced - Swift Creek Ward
