Food Drive and 5k Fun Run

Date: Saturday April 24th, 2010

Location: 1524 Jenkins Road, Wake Forest, NC (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints)

Time/Schedule:

 

8:00–8:30 am — Sign in & on-site   registration, food drop-off

 

8:30 am — 5k warm up

 

8:45 am — Welcome and kick-off

 

9:00 am — 5k begins

 

9:30–11:00 am — Light breakfast &   awards, food sorting & service

 

Suggested Entry Fee:

 

Per person: 10 cans of food,   or $10

 

Per family: 40 cans of food,   or $40

 

The food bank has a list of their   most needed items.

T-shirts

Like last year, we will have t-shirts. However, quantities will be limited and so the t-shirts distributed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Advance registration for the 5k Run/Walk is now closed. Please register in person at the event. Thanks!
